Every member of their staff was so sweet and attentive. I also appreciated that they compensated me for some room issues with the TV and lights which they rectified. I appreciate their help with putting their crossing guard to help us cross the busy street from the hotel to the plaza on a daily basis. I highly recommend staying at this hotel. The pool was also amazing and I highly recommend going to their spa! Best spa experience I have had in my life.

A wonderful hotel. The rooms are spacious, the beds comfortable, the staff is friendly and accommodating. The facilities are first rate. The restaurant is very good. What more could you want. 5 stars and worth it.

Impressive stay . The location can't beat . The room is very clean and the bed is super comfy. The amenities are also very new and spacious . lastly the service is outstanding.

This was the nicest hotel i have ever stayed in. The employees were incredibly friendly and helpful, the hotel itself is gorgeous with large, well decorated rooms. The room service is excellent and not too expensive, but it's also located to a lot of great cafes and street food vendors which I also highly recommend.

We tried the spa here and I would HIGHLY recommend it! The service was unbelievable and the hydrotherapy was fantastic. Book it, you won’t be sorry.

Amazing hotel. The rooms are very well designed and organized, the staff is expertly trained and prepared to provide great service. The price is high, yet yo do receive what you pay for so I like the hotel a lot
